1. When grinding workpieces on a surface grinder, there are ripples.

Causes: 1. Is there lubricating oil on the Z-axis guideway? 2. Has the grinding wheel been statically balanced? 3. Is the radial runout of the spindle normal?
2. Causes of dimensional deviations during workpiece processing: 1. Is the dynamic level of the machine tool good? 2. Check the processing process. 3. The flatness of the worktable can be checked using a dial indicator to determine if it is caused by guideway wear.

1. Wavy patterns appear on workpieces during grinding on a planar grinding machine.

Causes:

1. Check if the Z-axis guideways have lubricating oil. 2. Check if the grinding wheel has been statically balanced. 3. Check if the spindle radial runout is normal.

2. Processing accuracy exceeds specifications during workpiece processing.

Causes:

 1. Is the machine tool's dynamic leveling good? 2. Check the machining process. 3. Use a dial indicator to measure the workbench surface flatness error value, which can determine whether it is caused by guide rail wear.

3. Grinding machine oil leakage

Causes:

1. Check if the lubrication is excessive. 2. Check if the seals are damaged. 3. Check if the return oil holes are blocked. 4. Check if the oil pipes are damaged.

 4. Workbench Crawling

Causes:

1. Whether the workbench guideways are scratched 2. Whether there is oil on the guideways 3. Whether the seals on the piston are damaged 4. Whether air has entered the high-pressure oil

5. Workbench Speed

Causes:

1. Whether the guideways have lubricating oil 2. Whether the hydraulic oil is too dirty 3. Whether the filter screen is blocked (too dirty) 4. Whether the internal holes of the pump are damaged
